Due to the lack of an informative portal, all inquiries would be handled manually by agents support staff via phone calls. Call scheduling was a time-consuming task, and each conversation would last more than a half hour. After providing information, customers were required to manually sign and submit physical documents, further delaying the application process. The phone support staff was using an outdated application with limited functionality.
